How to repair water pump | Donkey Pump

In most of Asian countries, people are using this water pump to fetch water from well and the main line of water provide. Actually that is the most common and low-cost water pump. Simply unpin the quarter pin from the valve. remove the washer, then spring. pull the rubber valve out. Open the new valve and reverse the steps as you did in removing. If the valves are already in good condition then see if there is something follow these valves, that might be a wrapper or the rest. remove it and the re-assemble the water pump.

 

 

Make it sure that the rubber gasket is correctly stick with the top and inner block. repair the higher head by placing on the fiber plate / valve plate but slowly, and make it certain that the valves are not hitting the partitions of the block or upper head. If they’re touching then the pressure could break the valves and you will need to vary them. So do this factor slowly, after sitting that heads, insert the studs on the 4 holes, tight them in cross place. Should you tight the front left then you shall tight the again proper. It will be cross position. Tight them after which switch on the motor and see, if it is working positive. If not, then need to vary the bogie in the inner block.
